Here at DiceVault we know that ordering online can be a risk and so we offer you the DiceVault guaruntee:

It doesn't matter if your order is shipped from our base here in NZ, or directly from one of our manufacturers overseas, if something goes wrong, or missing, we will replace that dice for you and get it sent out as soon as we can at no extra charge.

If you're at all unhappy with your purchase, you can also return your dice for a full refund.
